A Little Choas, A Lot Of Love
How a wild idea, a sewing machine, and way too much fabric became a handmade clothing brand.
Every stitch tells a story, and ours began with a sewing machine, a wild idea, and very quickly a big pile of fabric with nowhere to store it.
I originally started sewing because my youngest son was best suited to leggings, but it’s not something the high street really catered for when he was little. I had seen a few handmade clothing companies online and felt inspired to make my own (what I thought would be a cost-saving exercise for our household).
Ohhhh how I was wrong!
My small idea then turned into a little side project (you know, the kind that takes over your dining table, then room, then life) because I fell in love with too many fabrics and had to have a reason to have them all. From that first pair of leggings, it has somehow turned into a full-blown (albeit small) handmade clothing brand, one that is fuelled by coffee and creativity.
From there, my desire to be constantly challenged led to me trying new sewing patterns and fabrics (not all of them made it as far as the website), a constantly growing collection of exclusive designs. Throw in some industrial sewing machines, and here we are.
We make clothes the slow way, because we believe good things take time. Every piece of clothing is handmade by me, in my home, with love, patience, and the occasional meltdown when the seam ripper has to make an appearance.
Our philosophy? Fashion should feel real, not something mass-produced, but something beautifully made with care, intention, and a hint of personality. We’re all about pieces that move with you, make you feel effortlessly yourself, and show off your unique personality.
We believe you should be able to customise every aspect of your items, so you can create the perfect clothing for you or your little ones.
So although I’m not usually one for showing my emotions, my family and I truly appreciate you being here. Every order, no matter how big or small, supports handmade craftsmanship and this wonderful community.
